We’re proud to be associated with this client for more than 1.5 years now. The brand sells highly valued vintage home decor and furniture and ships India-wide.
With an average order value (AOV) as high as ₹10,000, it was a big challenge for us to vacate their stock so they could manufacture new pieces for sale. Most of the products are handcrafted and made by skilled artisans. This is why most products are one-of-a-kind designs and rarely re-designed.
Our advertising and retention strategies had to consider these nuances right from day one of our partnership. Just like the products, our messaging, and advertising had to be fresh and cater to a premium audience at the same time.
In October 2022, we pulled off one of their highest revenue months with more than ₹1.4 million in revenue at just under ₹1,50,000 in spending.
The overall revenue in 2022 crossed the stellar milestone of INR 1 crore.

Problems before we took over:
- Customer acquisition issue as the products were of very high cost (around 8-10k)
- Very low LTV and repeat customer rate as there was no such communication set that made a customer purchase again
- No emails were set up and the brand used to communicate manually using WhatsApp
- There was a major issue with scalability and consistent sales

1. Email Marketing: (Retention)
- We set up full-funnel email flows to follow a visitor throughout his journey i.e. site visit, ATC, abandon checkout, and post order.
- Added new segments and used high-converting copies and designs for email campaigns.
2. Facebook Ads & Google Ads: (Customer Acquisition)
- We helped the brand scale its spending and monthly recurring revenues by more than 200% in the first 3 months of engagement.
- With the help of dynamic catalog ads, we were able to find winning collections and scale them to maximize revenue.
- Improved the ads account structure on Facebook and Google ads for efficient budget distribution.
Results generated with Performance & Retention Marketing:
- We generated a total of 8 million INR ($100,000) in the first year of engagement in total using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo for email marketing.
